πŸ“š Research & Publications

I am actively engaged in veterinary research, with several publications in reputed journals, including:

πŸ§ͺ In Vitro Fertilization in Buffaloes

I have authored and co-authored scientific articles on advanced reproductive technologies, focusing particularly on:

In vitro maturation (IVM) and fertilization (IVF) of buffalo oocytes

Buffalo embryo development under laboratory conditions

Improving IVF success rates in buffaloes using assisted reproductive biotechnology

These research efforts contribute significantly to advancing reproductive efficiency and genetic improvement in buffaloes, which are economically vital to Indian farmers.

πŸ”¬ Biomarker Research in Mastitis

Conducted research on the role of anaphylatoxin C3a in milk as a biomarker for subclinical mastitis

πŸ“° Featured in Media:

In April 2023, I was featured in The New Indian Express for highlighting the effects of heat stress on livestock, especially buffaloes.
I explained how heat waves significantly impact 20–25% of hospitalised cattle by causing:
Heat stroke
Loss of appetite
Panting and dehydration
Elevated body temperature

The article emphasized the need for protective measures during rising summer temperatures in Tamil Nadu.

🀝 Community Impact & Vision

Through TNVAS.com and my fieldwork, I strive to:

1. Empower veterinary students and officers with updated, exam-oriented content

2. Bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical veterinary service
